South Carolina (4-4, SEC 2-4) once again meets Tennessee (3-5, SEC 0-4) at Williams-Brice Stadium on Saturday for a Southeastern Conference showdown, and there is plenty at stake, including possible bowl eligiblity for both teams.
Last year, the Gamecocks were beaten 23-21 loss by the Volunteers at Neyland Stadium in Knoxville in a game that the Gamecocks seemingly had in the bag.
USC will be looking to balance its defense and prepare for head coach Butch Jones’ mystery quarterback. Either an injured Justin Worley or Josh Dobbs will take the snaps in Columbia on Saturday, and South Carolina will have to be up to prepare for either one.
