Four-star point guard Perry Dozier will declare the school of his choosing on Wednesday at Spring Valley High School. The Palmetto State native will make a choice between South Carolina, Georgetown, Louisville, Michigan and North Carolina.
Dozier has been hot on the recruiting trail and ranked as Scout’s No. 33 player in the class of 2015.

The Gamecocks kick-off their 2014 season at home against North Florida on Friday, November 14.
USC finished out 14-20 overall and 5-13 in the Southeastern Conference last season. And now having five sophomores on the roster with experience under their belts, the team seems to be excited about what is to come this year.
Sophomore Demetrius Henry said he feels more comfortable and confident going into this season having that time on the court behind him.
“I mean its a new year,” said Henry. “I just feel confident as a team. I think everyone on the team is more confident, and we’re excited and just ready to play.”
Missing half of last season with a foot injury, Tyrone Johnson stands as the only senior on the Gamecocks roster. Johnson stated the team has put in hard work and effort all year long and is ready to take that preparation to the wood.
We’re just excited for the game this week,” said senior veteran Ty Johnson. “For the preparation that we’ve been putting in, the scrimmage that we had, the long nights, the long days, practice; so we finally get to play somebody else where this game counts.”
Also, sophomore Sindarius Thornwell said the chemistry that the team makes a big impact on the court.
”When there is tough times on the court and adversity comes in, we just know that we have each others backs through it all,” Thornwell stated.
South Carolina will tip-off at 7:30 p.m. ET on SEC Network + at Colonial Life Arena Friday, November 14.
