LB Robert Ayers of Bennettsville Marlboro County (S.C.) favors South Carolina slightly over Tennessee, Florida and Florida St. Robert went on his official visit to Tennessee this weekend (1/16). His host was OL Eric Young. "I loved the unity of the team and how they all stuck together and hung out together," said Ayers.

"It's a really nice and big campus and it seems like there's a lot to do."

He visited the Gamecocks on 1/9 and visits Florida on 1/23 and Florida St on 1/30. "I like South Carolina because I like my chances of playing early. I think they'd be my best shot to get on the field early. I also communicate well with the coaches because they are energetic and work hard.

"I want to be sure I find a place where I'll be able to live for five years and where I'll be comfortable."
