    2005 Checklist

Jeff Adrien & Jonathan Kale, BABC: These guys flat out took it to Team Texas and dominated play at both ends. Durrell Arthur, Kevin Rogers and Bryan Davis provided no answer to this pair of undersized studs. These guys know who they are, play within themselves and compete. They got every rebound, blocked shots and scored nearly at will. Kale is headed to Providence and Adrien just took his recruitment to the high-major level for sure after Wednesday's game. They were superb.

Colby Santos, SG, BABC: Known for his stroke, Santos (13 points, 5-for-13 FG) couldn't buy a bucket from the perimeter. Nonetheless, he had a big time game because of his defense, passing and command of his team. For the first time in July we saw a guy help his team win without scoring. Santos did it with hustle. He knows this is an important week as program's decide whether or not to offer him.

Antonio Pena, PF, Gauchos: He had a terrific first half against the Wisconsin Playground Warriors. Basically, he went back to the basics and scored inside. He's added some perimeter to his game and that's a good thing but he's best when he's kicking tail in the paint.

C.J. Miles, SF/SG, Team Texas: Statistically, it wasn't that bad of a game for him (20 points, 7-for-17 FG) though it wasn't vintage Miles either. He turned it over four times and his team pretty much got pounded inside as it played with new point guard Byron Eaton.

    2007 Checklist

Kevin Love, PF, Oregon Select: He's kind of like the white Elton Brand. Right now Love could walk onto a college campus and play in a college basketball game … for anybody. His body is there, his skill package is there and he's tough to handle. Mix in a few 3s like he hit today and he's dangerous.
