Lavarus Dollar Profile
With less than a month to go until kickoff of the first high school games of the season, one player who will be looking to make a statement is Lavarus Dollar. The big LB has the physical tools to make quite an impression, and it will be interesting to see which schools take notice. Who is Dollar looking at the hardest right now?
"I like Georgia, South Carolina, Auburn and Florida. I still have the same 5 offers that I already had," Lavarus Dollar said.
Who leads for the Central Georgian?
"South Carolina is my favorite. They show the most interest in me and I really like the WR coach (Rick Stockstill). He came to my school and we talked for a while."
What stands out about his other 3 favorites?
Georgia: "It's the home state school. I've been liking them for a while as well."
Auburn: "We had a guy named Ryan Taylor from Dublin go there around 1995 or so. He came back and told me a lot of good things about it."
Florida: "They have good linebacker's coming in and I'd like to be a part of that."
How would the Dublin star describe his game?
"I like to run the ball and get inside on the run game. I need to work on my first step the most though."
What is he looking for most of all in a school?
"I want a place that has my major which is sports medicine. I also want some playing time."
