Adam Patterson Profile
In late May, Adam Patterson narrowed a lengthy list of scholarship offers down to a final ten schools. Since then, Patterson has unofficially visited South Carolina and Clemson, but has kept his favorites listing untouched.
"Nothing really has changed, still the same ten schools," said Patterson. "I'm just really trying to focus on my senior season, right."
Patterson, a 6-foot-3, 255-pound defensive lineman from Columbia (S.C.) Richland Northeast, has spent a lot of time in the weight room and with his playbook. He has also concentrated on becoming more of a vocal leader with his sights set on a state championship.
However, Patterson hasn't completely forgotten about his recruitment. He plans to begin to schedule official visits in November, but will take a few unofficial visits first.
"I'm going to attend some games during the season," said Patterson. "Some Auburn games, [South] Carolina games, I'd like to attend some North Carolina State games, also."
A Scout.com four-star recruit, Patterson's final ten schools consists of Maryland, Virginia Tech, N.C. State, Clemson, South Carolina, Auburn, Georgia, Michigan, Penn State, and Oklahoma.
