Gamecock Anthem Radio Debuts May 17

Are you ready for a radio show that is "All Gamecock, All the Time?" Gamecock Anthem Radio will make it's official debut at 8 a.m. on May 17, 2007 on WUSC 90.5 FM. Host Ryan Clary will be joined each week by publisher Jonathan Jolley, who will co-host the show.

Though the first show will be on a Thursday, the program will be regularly broadcast each Wednesday from 8 a.m. until noon on WUSC, the student radio station of the University of South Carolina. The show can be heard in Columbia at 90.5 FM, and for those outside of the Columbia market, live streaming is available at WUSC's Website.

Unlike other sports shows that feel obligated to cover all the teams in the broadcast area, Gamecock Anthem Radio will focus only on what South Carolina fans truly want to hear – All things Gamecock.

The program will be a place where you'll get all the cutting edge news on Gamecock sports, in-depth analysis of the upcoming football season, the best recruiting coverage of Gamecock athletics on the radio, and several can't-miss interviews with the people you want to hear from the most. And one more thing – nothing orange will ever be safe on Gamecock Anthem Radio!

So be sure and tune in to have a good time, poke a little fun at Clemson, all while you're getting the best that USC fans could ask for in Gamecock coverage. You can tune in every Wednesday from 8 a.m. until noon - at work or wherever you are via the internet or over the airwaves in Columbia. More details will be provided between now and the first show on Thursday.
