Super Defensive End Prospect On Holtz's In-Home

Raymond Edwards, the super duper defensive end prospect from Ohio received Lou Holtz into his home tonight and this is what he had to say afterwards ...

He is no longer committed to Purdue and has been removed from The Insider's Purdue commitment list.

"I went to South Carolina last weekend," said Edwards. "The visit went real well. It was a nice place to be, and everyone was real friendly. Coach Lou Holtz was here at my house tonight. He talked to about having a good chance to play early and that if I worked real hard, I might get a chance to start. Coach Fulmer from Tennessee is supposed to be in this week. I'd say that South Carolina, Tennessee and Purdue are all about even right now. I hope to make a firm decision right around signing day."
