The USF football program held its annual football banquet Saturday night at the Grand Hyatt, honoring the team, and especially its 19 seniors.

The senior class won 33 games over the last four years, which is the second-highest win total in school history, played in four bowl games, with win in the St. Petersburg Bowl, the International Bowl and the Meineke Car Care Bowl. They won 17 of 25 games at Raymond James Stadium and went 7-2 against teams from the state of Florida. In Holzt first year, they helped USF win at Cincinnati and at Louisville for the first time in school history, and beat Rutgers in Tampa for the first time in school history, beat Miami for the first time in school history, and capped it off with a win over Clemson in the Meinekee Bowl, the first win over a BCS team in a Bowl..

Director of Athletics Doug Woolard and coach Holtz recognized the University's administration and though that played a big part in helping the football program, from athletic department officials to the parents of the players. Holtz also recognized a list of accomplishments from the 2010 Bulls, in both athletics and academics, and recognized 53 players that earned at least a 2.5 GPA, including 29 who earned from a 2.5-2.9 GPA, 17 with a 3.0-3.5 GPA and seven with a 3.5 GPA and higher. To cap the athletic awards, Assistant A.D. for Student Services Jason Linders announced USF's Scholar-Athlete Award, which went to Armando Sanchez.

Highlighting the awards were the offense's Iron Bull, which went to wide receiver Dontavia Bogan, the defense's Iron Bull, which was earned by linebacker Jacquian Williams and strength and conditioning's Golden Bull, which was awarded to center Sampson Genus.

Coach Holtz also announced something new this year, and that's the members of the Victors Club, which is awarded to those players that graded out as ‘winners' in at least eight games during the season. A complete list of the Victor's Club is below.
