The University of South Florida hosted its first Junior Day of 2011 this past Saturday, with several of the Bulls top prospects in attendance. The recruits spent time meeting with the coaches, touring the campus, checking out USF's facilities, and learning about the academics. Recruits also got to meet the coaches, talk to the players, got motivational speech by Coach Holtz, and then got to attend the basketball game
Some of the better known players in attendance were local prospects, including FSU commit 4-star defensive end Dante Fowler from Lakewood, Plant City's QB Bennie Coney and WR Lamarlon Wiggins, and OL Cody Waldrop and Jarvis McCall from Armwood. Godby TE Laith Harlow and CB T.J. Davis came from Tallahassee, with Olympia OL James Hamilton coming from Orlando.
