Copeland Lands Two More

Treasure Coast ATH/QB/WR Travares Copeland has seen his recruitment take off since being named MVP at the Orlando combine. The 5'11, 175 pound prospect recently picked up two new offers and is now up to six offers.

Travares Copeland, a 5-foot-11, 175 pound ATH/QB/WR at Treasure Coast added two more schools to his list of offers. The 3-star prospect is now up to seven offers and more may be on the way.

"I got two new offers from FIU and West Virginia this morning," said Copeland. "My coach woke me up with the news of the offers."

With the two recent offers the stand-out athlete now has 6 offers from USF, Kentucky, Georgia State, Louisville, West Virginia and FIU.

"Getting all these offers feels great," said Copeland. "I think Alabama may offer me soon, and Clemson has been talking with me too."

Copeland said it's too early to name favorites has already been to USF for their Junior Day and may set up several more visits as Miami, FIU and West Virginia are also trying to get him in on visits. Copeland will also be participating in this weekend's Badger elite 7on7 passing camp, which will be held on the campus of USF March 12th-13th.

"I may set one up with Miami, FIU wants me to come down and West Virginia wants be to come up, but that's far so I have to make advance plans for that," said Copeland.

"I'll be at USF again this weekend for the 7on7. I'm playing on a team called ‘Child Please', they were the Treasure Coast All-Stars last year, but changed the name," said Copeland. "Hopefully we'll do very well because Sundays my birthday too."
