Top Prospects Visit USF Junior Day

With the 2012 class in the books, USF is focused on the class of 2013 and will hold its first junior day of 2012 this weekend. Head Coach Skip Holtz and staff are planning to host some of the top prospects in the state on the Bulls campus this Sunday. Read on to see what recruits are expected to attend the event

The University of South Florida will host ts first Junior Day of 2012 this Sunday with several of the Bulls top prospects expected to be in attendance. The recruits will get to spend time meeting with the coaches, talking to players, touring the campus, checking out USF's facilities, and learning about the academics.

Some of the better known recruits, especially the top local prospects are expected to be in attendance, including 4-star corner back Vernon Hargreaves III from Wharton, Armwood's DB Leon McQuay III, ATH Alvin Bailey, and QB Darryl Richardson, Tampa Tech WR/DB Richard Benjamin, Hillsborough DE Jordan Sherit and LB Nigel Harris, and Lakewood WR Rodney Adams, to name a few.

Several of the top prospects from around the state will be making the trip to Tampa including QB Asiantii Woulard from Winter Park, Winter Garden DE/LB Cory Vereen, WR Jordan Cunningham from University School Of Nova, Deland RB Jo Jo Kemp, and LB Quinton Powell from Mainland, just to name a few.
