After a sensational summer and spring on the AAU circuit with the Michigan Hurricanes, Detroit (Mich.) Douglass star guard Darrell Davis
has seen his offer list continue to soar over recent weeks. With recent offers from South Florida
and Michigan State
from right down the road in East Lansing, USFNation.com caught up with Davis for the latest in his recruitment.
"Right now I have offers from Michigan State, South Florida, Florida State, Rhode Island, Central Florida, Dayton, Richmond, UMass, Ohio, Toledo, and all the Mid-American Conference Schools."
Currently right now, Davis has one visit set up for the Dayton Flyers for Friday, September 6th. With Bulls Headman Stan Heath in charge of the recruiting duties for Davis, USF has made the scoring guard a priority for the 2014 class.
While Davis isn't sure if he's visiting USF anytime soon, one thing he's sure about is the main factor that will lead him to his future college destination. "It's going to come down to if it's the right fit for me." Darrell currently doesn't have a leader in his recruitment and plans to make a decision during his high school season in either November or December.
South Florida currently has one verbal commitment for their 2014 class, 6'4 Oldsmar shooting guard Troy Holston.
