USF Men's Basketball Preview - Stetson

The South Florida Men's Basketball team takes the hardwood tonight against Stetson University at 7:00 p.m. and breaks down the Bulls' upcoming opponent.

With a big zero in wins column entering Friday night, Stetson University will look add their win of the season this evening when they visit Tampa Bay to square off with undefeated South Florida Bulls in their fifth consecutive road contest to start the season.

The Hatters are led by first year head coach Corey Williams, who's also trying to pickup his first career win as a head coach. Williams was left with Hatters' leading scorer from the previous season, Aaron Graham. The senior shooting guard enters Friday night averaging 11.5 point on 42.1% shooting from three point range. Graham has connected on at least two three pointers in each game this season and is seven triples short of the all-time record at Stetson.

From the previous season, Stetson has lost over 64% of their scoring due to graduation and are only averaging 56.5 points through the first four games of the 2013 season. The Hatters return just seven players from last season, with only three of which have seen signi?cant playing time. Seniors Aaron Graham, Willie Green, and Hunter Miller have all started for Stetson during their careers as a Hatter.

Shot blocking forward Willie Green led Stetson with a season high - and just one shy of a career high on 16 points on 7-of-11 shooting in their last game. Senior Aaron Graham added 15 points, while starting guard Raymone Andrews chipped in with 13 in the defeat.

The Bulls own the series against Stetson 17-7, and have won 10 of the last 12 games played against the Hatters in Tampa Bay, including last year's 63-54 defeat of Stetson at the Edmunds Center in Deland.

Tipoff is set for 7:00 p.m. this evening inside the Sun Dome on South Florida's campus and can be seen on ESPN3.
