South Florida fell to 8-4 on the season on Monday night after losing to Santa Clara in the Continental Tire Las Vegas Classic by the score of 66-65.

Bulls' stay in Las Vegas hasn't brought much luck over the past few days. After a pair of made free throws by Jared Brownridge
with 10 seconds left, Santa Clara (7-6) squeaked by the Bulls (8-4) on Monday night, winning 66-65 in the third round game of the Continental Tire Las Vegas Classic.
Brownridge scored all 10 of his points in the second half and helped the Broncos overcome a 60-51 lead with five minutes ago. Brandon Clark had 12 points and Jalen Richard had 10 points as well for the Broncos.
All night long, the Bulls struggled mightily from the free-throw line, finishing 9-for-24 for the game while the Broncos were 17-for-20. Victor Rudd fell just short of his fourth straight double-double, finishing with 19 points and nine rebounds to lead the Bulls.
The AAC Rookie of the Week Chris Perry finished the game with 13 points, and John Egbunu finished with 11 points and 11 rebounds for the Bulls.
Santa Clara outscored the Bulls 13-1 on points off turnovers, and forced 14 South Florida turnovers on the night.
