"The visit went really good," Black said. "I got to meet with some of the coaches and players a little bit more. Zach Bullock (sophomore linebacker) was my host on the visit. We went to Busch Gardens and played laser tag. I hung with Jimmy Bayes, Tajee Fullwood and Quinton Flowers on the visit as well. The coaches told me to just take my time, get comfortable and there's no pressure."
The 6-foot-2, 235-pounder enjoyed himself on all three of his official visits, but isn't ready to say which institution put on the more impressive presentation.
"Well, they're all mostly the same, but some have different stuff," Black said. "It's hard to compare them because they're all different in a way.
Overall, Black had a good visit over the weekend with Willie Taggart and the Bulls' staff.
"I rate my visit pretty high because I had fun with the players and coaches," Black said. "I'd give it an eight."
Blacks plans to visit two more schools before Signing Day on Feb. 5, including the instate, Miami Hurricanes.
"I'm visiting Marshall next week and Miami on Jan. 31," Black said. "They (Miami) haven't offered yet. They're just waiting on some stuff."
The Bulls were recruiting Black to play middle linebacker under Chuck Bresnahan (defensive coordinator), but that has changed as of late.
"The staff was recruiting me as a middle linebacker, but as of now, I'm getting recruited as a SAM linebacker."
Black states that he'll "most definitely" take his official visit to Miami, but there's a chance he could decided after the conclusion of his Marshall visit next weekend.
In 2013, Black amassed 103 tackles, 26 tackles for loss, 20 sacks, 30 hurries, three forced fumbles and two fumbles recoveries for the 11-2 Gryphons.
