Bulls havn't played a home game in two months, but in their first game back they get great news. USF lands its fourth commitment, this time its on the defensive side of the ball. Find out who it is only at USFnation.com

Its been a long time since USF has had a home game, which also means the Bulls have not had a chance to play host to many recruits. However, in their first home game in two months the Bulls landed one of the biggest prospects in the Bay Area, Leslie Stirrups. The 6-foot-1 275 pound defensive tackle from Hillsborough High School made his decision before the Bulls took on Cincinnati.

"A big part of my decision had to do with grades." Says Stirrups, "I know they are not real good right now, but I'm pulling them up as the year goes on and hopefully I get them to where they need to be."

"I told coach I want to come here and I'm really excited about it. This team is having a good year and is only getting better."

Stirrups meets with Lee Roy Selmon.

Stirrups Hillsborough High team got knocked out of the playoffs early but he is still doing what he needs to stay in shape.

"I might play basketball to stay in shape. It will also help me stay out of trouble and focus on school."

He also said the decision was well thought out and he is confident it will stick.

Stirrups talks about his decision with Thed Watson.

"I like the program and I like the fact I get to play in front of my mom and family."

The USF program has done their job in recruiting Stirrups now its all on him to see whether or not he can pull his grades up. As of now he feels that he is about 60% positive he will get in. USFnation.com will follow him up until signing day to see how he progresses.
