Carlton Mitchell from Gaither High School in Tampa, Florida is receiving lots of attention from schools these days. However, on Saturday two of his top teams will be facing off against each other. When West Virginia travels to Raymond James, Mitchell will be there.
"I'm definitely going to see this game." Adding, "I've been following USF a little bit, and they are doing things in the Big East."
As of now Mitchell has 11 offers, and his top 5 consists of South Florida, West Virginia, Iowa State, Minnesota and Pittsburgh.
With two of his top 5 teams playing each other is there any possibility of a commitment decision this weekend?
"I thought a lot about USF" says Mitchell, "but I don't think I'll decide this weekend. I'm going to take all my visits and then maybe a week or two before signing day I'll come out with it."
Those visits include USF, WVU, Iowa State, Pittsburgh and Minnesota. The good news is he plans to make his official visit to USF on that coveted final weekend in recruiting, January 20th.
USFnation.com will talk with Carlton Mitchell after the game and see how he felt about his unofficial visit.
