Boger: 'The Right Offer Hasn't Come In Yet'

James Boger of Dixie Hollins in St. Petersburg Florida talks with after the Pinellas County All-Star game.

Although the Bulls have several commitments this off-season they have yet to receive one from an offensive lineman. Could James Boger be the first? Boger plays RG for Dixie Hollins. The 6-foot-5 318 pound mammoth had over 100 pancakes this season. He also played a little defense, getting 20 tackles and 2 sacks. However, he is thinking strictly offense when he goes to college.

How did you feel tonight to be selected to the Pinellas County All-Star team?

"I felt honored." Says Boger, "it was a great opportunity to showcase my skills."

I saw you at the USF game last weekend, how much interest do you have with them?

"I like them, it keeps me local and I'd get to play in front of the home crowd. But I'm keeping my options open for now."

How many offers do you have right now?

"Two right now, but I hear a third is on the way but as of now that's just a rumor."

Has USF offered?

"I don't have an offer from them."

What does your top 5 look like?

"FSU, Auburn, WVU, USF and USC. Of course I have to throw USC in there!"

When do you plan on making a decision?

"As soon as the right offer comes along."

So the right offer isn't there yet?

Boger is basically waiting on the right offer to come in and then will commit. Question is, is he waiting on USF? Boger wouldn't tell who he was waiting on, but I got a good feeling its South Florida. USFnation will keep you updated on if/when he gets an offer from the Bulls.
