Bulls Return Home To Host Ranked Villanova

The University of South Florida men's basketball team (6-12, 0-5 BIG EAST) welcomes its second nationally ranked opponent (No. 24 West Virginia) of the year to the Sun Dome, this time hosting Villanova Tuesday night in BIG EAST action.

The matchup will be the first-ever between the two programs. South Florida, which has lost seven straight, remains in search of its first-ever BIG EAST victory. Four of the team's five league losses have come by six-or-fewer points. The contest has been selected by ESPN 360 and will be available via internet streaming only. Rich Waltz (play-by-play) and Shawn Finney (color analyst) will have the call. The Bulls will have the week off following Tuesday's game, next travelling to Cincinnati Jan. 31.

-- USF freshman forward Zaronn Cann will miss the remainder of the season due to a knee injury suffered before the season, that he hasn't fully recoverd from. Cann will have four years of eligibility remaining.
