"I received new offers Thursday from West Virginia and South Florida," said Ryan Williams from Mobile, (Ala.) "Elliott [McGaskin] and Big Hud [Rodney Hudson] were offered by West Virginia and South Florida as well."
"I was not offered by Auburn. The only thing I said was coach [James] Willis from Auburn had come by my school to see me. I never said anything about Auburn offering me because they haven't."
It's clear the two in-state schools are favorites for one of the south's elite defensive backs but, he has several other schools he is interested in as well.
"I have a top six right now," Williams said. "They are Alabama, Auburn, LSU, Clemson, West Virginia and South Florida. You can put them all down as medium interest because they are all equal."
Williams plans to attend several camps including Alabama, Auburn, LSU, Florida and Clemson.
