On Wednesday linebacker Hunter Ovens from Cardinal Mooney made a visit to USF. The 6-foot-1, 220 pound recruit met with coach Carl Franks and head coach Jim Leavitt for almost thirty minutes.

"I liked both coaches a lot." Says Ovens, "We really didn't talk too much football, I enjoyed it."

Although he was not offered during the in-person visit, Ovens has a feeling that an offer could be on the way. Currently he has two offers from Wake Forest and Virginia Tech. Besides receiving interest from South Florida he's also getting looks from FSU, UF, Clemson and Iowa.

This summer Ovens will be attending the UF camp on June 12th.
