Bulls Offer WR/CB From Immokalee

Get the latest on Aaron Henry of Immokalee. He talks about his offers, the USF coaching staff, where he plans to visit and more. Only on USFNation.com

Aaron Henry of Immokalee has his team off to an 8-0 start. Henry a 6-foot 175 corner/receiver has been making a bigger impact on the offensive side of the ball, mostly because teams have decided not to test the cover corner on defense. He does have two picks, both came in the same game, since then there has been little action in is direction.

On offense Henry has over 400 yards receiving and four touchdowns, on top of that he added 5 returns for scores on special teams.

"Coming into the season I thought I would be concentrating more on defense, but they won't throw my way so I'm doing whatever I can to help my team."

Henry has offers from Wisconsin, South Carolina, USF, UCF, Clemson, Duke, Nebraska, and Tennessee to name a few. South Florida offered him late in the summer after attending their camp. Henry says Coach Burnham is his recruiter but he's familiar with the entire staff.

"I've been to a few of their camps so I got to know coach Dawsey and coach Douglas. I also like coach Franks."

As of now Henry has one official visit set and that is to Wisconsin later this month. He will set up more, but for now Wisconsin is the only one he's sure on.

"I'm going up there this month and then I'll probably take the rest of my visits after my season."

Henry says location is not a factor in his decision on schools.

"My biggest factor in choosing a school is education. Football might not always be an option, so I need to make sure my education is my priority.

It's obvious Henry takes school very serious, he currently has a 4.3 GPA and an 18 on his first attempt at the ACT. If USF could land this dual threat athlete, not only would they have a great football player, but a great student as well.
