Fisher Expecting a Visit From Coach Leavitt

A few weeks ago many thought that Elvis Fisher and the Bulls were at odds. Now Fisher tells USFNation that head coach Jim Leavitt is expected to make a personal visit. Read on to find out what other coaches have came to see him, what he thought of the Bulls upset win and much more.

Elvis Fisher 6-foot-5, 310 pound OL from Saint Pete Catholic first told USFNation.com about his brief spat with the Bulls coaching staff, which ended up being a misunderstanding, about two weeks ago. Now the big-man says he is expecting coach Leavitt to pay him a personal visit either this week or early next week.

"My coach just called my dad and said coach Leavitt will be stopping by my school in the next couple days."

Leavitt will not be the only visitor to see one of the top prospects in the bay area.

"On Sunday the Duke coach came by my house and tomorrow the Missouri coach is coming also."

On Sunday Fisher said that he and the Duke coach also set an official visit for January 13th. He already has one visit scheduled for Missouri on the 8th of December. Fisher is also hoping to set a visit with the Bulls when coach Leavitt stops by.

"I want to set one early, possibly mid December after my Missouri visit."

Fisher went on to say he is anxious to finally meet with the Bulls head coach to smooth out what has been a rocky past few weeks. Fisher mainly talks with coach Rod Smith and receives texts from coach Carl Franks.

Lately Fisher has been working out with his strength coach from high school. He has also been following the Bulls.

"I watched that game last Saturday, it was crazy! A great game, I was surprised. I thought they looked great and nobody was picking them to win."
