The recruiting momentum keeps going and going for the South Florida Bulls as they picked up their 15th verbal commitment of the year from cornerback Charlton Sinclair of Mandarin HS in Jacksonville.

"I felt it was the place for me. I enjoyed my visits there over the season and the summer. I liked the team, the campus and it just felt like a place I need to be."

Sinclair is a name USF fans should be familiar with. He was invited to USF's senior showcase camp this past year and has been high on the Bulls ever since. The 6-foot, 190 pound corner had a great season totaling 87 tackles, 3 forced fumbles and one interception this year, and decided he was ready to commit.

"I committed tonight to Coach Dawsey and Coach Douglas." Said Sinclair, who chose the Bulls over South Carolina, Clemson, N C State, Illinois, and West Virginia.

Sinclair who runs in the 4.5 range, is doing track conditioning now until the season starts in the spring. As to grades, He currently has a 2.9 GPA and scored a 16 on the ACT, but added, "I need a 17."

He also has a official visit set up with the Bulls on January 12th

"I'm 100% committed, I wont change anything."
