Miller, 6-foot-2 and 180 pounds, was scheduled to visit Central Florida next weekend.
"If USF wants me to visit, I'll go there," he said. "Really, the three schools I'm looking at are Louisville, South Florida, and Miami."
After the news broke of Bobby Petrino leaving Louisville for the NFL, Miller told Scout.com that his interest in the Cardinal was fading. However, that changed this week.
"I talked to Coach Kragthorpe," he said. "He talked real good on the phone and I'm real interested. He wants to meet me in person so he's coming down here to visit with me next week."
Miller, who received a personal visit from USF head coach Jim Leavitt on Monday of this week, said he still plans on visiting Miami Super Bowl weekend.
"I talked to Coach Shannon on the phone," he said. "He wasn't able to make it up here this week because he said he wanted to visit all the guys they were bringing in for visits this weekend. He said he's coming up here to see me sometime next week."
