Defensive end Claude Davis was the Bulls first commit of ‘07 back in July. However, after a solid senior season at Lake Gibson HS, and a strong showing at the North-South All-Star game, Davis has received plenty of attention lately. Davis, who stands at 6 feet 4 inches and weighs 230, visited Louisville last week, and has just visited Toledo this past weekend, talks about his latest visit.

How was your visit to Toledo this past weekend?
"It was nice, it was cold though, real cold. It snowed while I was there, and I wasn't used to that."

Besides the weather how was the visit?
"The visit went well, the coach was cool, and the facilities were cool, but the weight room was kind of little though. It wasn't like all top notch."

Anything else stand out about the visit?
"It was nice but it was cold, it was very cold."

Being from Florida could you see yourself playing in that weather?
" I don't know. It would be hard to get used to it."

Has anything changed as to who your favorites are?
"No, pretty much all has stayed the same."

Are you still planning to visit Michigan State this upcoming week?
"Yeah, I'm going with my teammate Bilal Powel."

Since your visit to South Florida got canceled, are you trying to reschedule it?
"Yeah, I think the week of February 2nd, either the 3rd or the 4th."

Are you still planning on visiting Tennessee the week of 2/2 also?
"No, I don't think so, I don't think I'm going to go now."

Are you still committed to USF?
"Yes, everything is the same."

Stay tuned with as we follow Claude through his visits and up until signing day!
