It's Official, Edenfield Will Play For USF!

Thomas Edenfield, the 3 star OT from Bartram Trail HS has made his choice and signed his LOI to play for USF. The 6-6 295 pound mammoth tackle choice was between USF and West Virginia. Read on to find out what the determining factors are, and more. Only on! Get It First, Get it

Thomas Edenfield, just signed his LOI, and has made his choice to spend his college football career playing for USF. 

Edenfield had a long list of offers that includes top programs like Florida, Florida State, Auburn, LSU, Ole Miss, South Carolina, Clemson, Nebraska, Louisville, and more, but in the end it came down to USF and Southern Miss." 

"He really liked the Bulls coaching staff, particularly coach Leavitt, and the offensive line coach (Simmonds) there at USF." Said Bartram Trail head coach Sutherland 

"The main factor in Thomas's decision was that he really liked the coaching staff at USF. He felt that they were a group that he felt very comfortable with, and his parents felt the same way, that was a group that they felt comfortable sending their son to.

"Also the proximity to home, the facilities, the success the program has had all played a part in it.Most of all, He really felt at home with the coaching staff." 

As to Grades Edenfield has made strides in the classroom. This last semester he had all A's and one C, but with his GPA, and the fact that some classes are weighted more then others, he'll have a chance to be able to improve his GPA even more.
