The 6'2.5-238 pound McCaskill had offers from South Florida and Illinois and plenty of other interest, but chose the Bulls in hope of playing alongside older broth Kevin McCaskill who is a freshmen at USF.
"Coach Leavitt actually came to my house and offered me in person."
The younger McCaskill played defensive end last year and put up some pretty big numbers. Little brother racked up 95 tackles, 8 sacks, 12 tackles for losses, 3 forced fumbles and 2 fumble recoveries.
"Last year I played defensive end, but I played more linebacker this season." Adding, "I run a 4.7 forty, and I've been working a lot on my footwork."
