The Bulls will be recruiting Jacksonville heavily this year, already USFNation has done updates on Kyle Parker and Shaq Wilson from the Jax area. Now we introduce you to Avis Commack, he's a 6-foot-4 182 pound wide receiver from First Coast high school. Commack currently holds offers from South Carolina, Georgia Tech, Illinois and NCST.

"I have four offers, but a lot of other schools are showing interest, like Ole Miss, West Virginia, USF, UF and UCF."

Last year Commack had 43 catches for just over 600 yards and 10 touchdowns. This offseason he has been running track and working out with his teammates to stay in shape.

"I run track for my speed, and before every track practice I do some work in the gym. The biggest thing I want to improve on is my blocking."

Avis also plans to travel with his team to a couple camps this summer. Right now Georgia Tech and South Carolina are scheduled, he plans on attending a few more but those have not been decided yet.

As far as on-field-skills go, Commack likens himself to a Calvin Johnson type receiver.

"I'm similar to him because of my size and big play ability. I like when the defense presses me because I can get off the press easily and then use my speed to make the big play."

Last year at UF's "Friday Night Lights" Avis was clocked in the 40 at 4.4, with that kind of speed its no wonder USF is on him. Although USF has not yet offered they still made it into his top 5.

"Right now I like Georgia Tech, South Carolina, Illinois, USF and UF."

Coach Troy Douglas is the main coach recruiting Commack. He says he doesn't know much about USF right now, but he is interested to learn more.
