At 6-3 270 the Bulls may have found one of the few good offensive linemen in the state this year. The pool of talent at OLine is thin and this is an important year for the Bulls to land a monster. Read on and find out more, only on USFNation.com!

The Bulls staff has scoured the Jacksonville area this year looking for talent. We have already done updates on several Jax area recruits, now we bring you the latest gem to come out of the area. He is a guy who is some-what under the radar, OL/DL Brandon Davis from Lee High School is the most recent prospect the South Florida staff has its sights set on.

At 6-foot-3, 270 pounds Davis is athletic enough to excel on both sides of the ball. He considers himself skilled and quick on the offensive side and dominant on the defensive side recording 6 sacks last year. Davis currently holds two offers, but he's not sure if its on offense or defense.

"I have offers from Louisville & Maryland." Said Davis, "They really haven't said what position I'll be playing if I went to their schools. They said I was doing good at practice and everything, and that they could use somebody like me at their program."

He is also receiving interest from a number of schools who are close to offering including Tennessee, USF, Auburn, FSU, and Florida.

"Right now I'd say South Florida and Louisville are showing me the most interest. I text with Coach Douglas a lot."

All the interest Davis has received has put the Bulls at the top of this big man's top 5.

"My top 5 is USF, Tennessee, Auburn, FSU and Florida."

This summer Brandon is working on improving his speed and footwork he plans to attend a couple camps.

"I'm planning on going to the Florida camp, the FSU camp, and a few others."

He's not sure if USF will be in the plans, but he did say he hopes to learn more about the program in the coming weeks. Davis said the age of the current line and academics are the main factors when choosing a school. However he's in no rush, he plans to make a decision sometime this fall.
