With only days left until National signing day highly recruited cornerback Leonard Johnson has completed his visit schedule and still has some decisions to make.

"I'm still trying to figure out what's best for me," said Johnson.

The 3-star corner prospect has already visited Iowa State, Troy, South Florida, Ole Miss, and recently just visited Big East rival West Virginia.

"I liked the visit a lot, said Johnson. "I liked the environment and the people. It snowed while I was there. That was my first time seeing snow and I made a snowball."

Johnson was hosted by another Pinellas product Jock Sanders of St. Pete Catholic.

"My host was Jock Sanders, but Noel Divine was with him, they're real good friends. We had a good time, the weekend was a blast."

Johnson also got a chance to meet the Mountaineers new coaching staff.

"We got a long good. They talked to me about coming in playing for them, and that I'd be a key part of their recruiting class."

There's only a few days left to decide where does this weekend's visit leave Johnson?

"I like West Virginia lot right now. I'd put West Virginia first and then South Florida, and Ole Miss. Iowa State is up there too, I like them. Johnson then added, "Maybe its West Virginia, Iowa State, then South Florida and Ole Miss."

Johnson said he still considers himself a soft commit to Iowa State, but is still considering all four schools and had something to say about each.

West Virginia "They have three corners in the secondary at all times, and I like that.  They run a 3-3-5, with 3 corners and two safeties, and that's pretty sweet". I also liked the environment and the people."

South Florida "I love the coaches there, they are always pumped up and fired up. I also like the opportunity to stay close to home and play big time football. "

Ole Miss "They play a lot of man coverage and I can play man too. I also like the coaches and had a good time on my visit."

Iowa State "I really liked the staff there. I had a good visit and got along great with Coach Chizik."

What's the biggest factor in making a decision for the talented cornerback?

"What ever will make me and my family proud. They just want me to play big time football."

When Johnson got back from his weekend visit he was flooded with calls from the different coaches Sunday night.

"I talked to all the coaches last night. They're all telling me that they need me, and that I can make or break their recruiting class."

Of the four schools mentioned is Johnson ready to make a decision?

"I really don't know, and won't make my announcement until signing day, but I'll probably let the coaches know in the next day or so."

Being this late in the game, are any of the schools out of the running at this point?

"No, it could be anyone of them, anyone. Everyday my mind changes, everyday."

The highly coveted corner has some thinking to do and plans on making his announcement as planned on Wednesday.

"I'm ready for it all to be over, said Johnson. "I can't wait to get up there and get active wherever I go."
