With the Bulls prepping for the 2009 season, there are many areas of focus, and one of concern is the USF secondary, a unit that by all accounts had a rough 2008. Statistically the Bulls weren't that bad in passing yards allowed per game. But they got burned for big plays during conference game losses against Pittsburgh, Louisville and Rutgers.

A player looking to change that is Senior Jerome Murphy, a big hitting versatile DB that can play either corner or safety. Murphy says he's bigger stronger, and ready to be an impact player for 2009.
