Dave Glaser Joins Staff of USFNation.com

With football in full swing, recruiting about to kick in high gear, and basketball right around the corner, it's that time of the year! In order to provide even more coverage the USFNation staff has expanded. I'm pleased to announce that Dave Glaser has joined the staff as our men's basketball beat writer.

With football in full swing, recruiting about to kick in high gear, and basketball right around the corner, it's that time of the year!

In order to provide even more coverage the USFNation staff has expanded. We brought Josh Newberg back to help with recruiting, and I'm excited to announce a new addition to USFNation.com.

Dave Glaser has joined the staff as our men's basketball beat writer.

Dave has been covering USF sports since the mid-1980s, when he was a student working for the USF Oracle. He wrote his first Bulls basketball story way back when Lee Rose was coaching the Green & Gold. With over two decades of experience, Glaser will bring a unique historical perspective to our coverage.

Glaser has a long background as a professional journalist - having been a writer and editor at the St. Petersburg Times and Sarasota Herald-Tribune. He has covered USF basketball consistently since 1999, when he published the weekly BullsEYE magazine. For the past six years, Dave has been the publisher of the USF site at Rivals.com.

Now that he's on board, Dave will cover everything that is Bulls basketball, including games, practices, and recruiting. Glaser is very excited to be able to focus solely on coverage of Stan Heath's rising program for USFNation.com.
