Linebacker Sabbath Joseph is entering his junior season and has spent the last few years watching and learning while waiting under the wings of some great USF linebackers; Stephen Nicholas, Pat St. Louis, Tyrone McKenzie, and Brouce Mompremier. Now that he's about to make his first career start as a Bull, Sabbath says it's time to unleash the beast, the new beast of the BIG EAST.

Sabbath talks about his growth as a player, how he feels about the LB unit, the closeness of the group and the nicknames he has for Kion Wilson & Chris Robinson. Also find out what he thinks of the influence of new linebackers coach Blackwell & new defensive coordinator Joe Tresey, and why he thinks this defense has a chance to be the best.

With the season about to kick off, Sabbath has very high expectations on himself, the linebacker unit and the team, and his goals are even higher. He says this team is faster, more athletic, hungry, and ready, as he's counting down the time until they turn the lights on at Raymond James stadium and he runs on to the field.
