QB Daniels: First Start is in the Books

USF QB B.J. Daniels talks to USFN about USF's big win over FSU, the atmosphere, the big plays ,and what he has to work on as he prepares for his first BIG EAST contest against Syracuse.

USF QB B.J. Daniels, making his first career start in his hometown of Tally, accounted for 341 of the Bulls' 368 yards of total offense in the 17-7 win. He threw for 215 yards and two passing touchdowns, including two completions for 70-plus yards. Daniels also ran for 126 yards, becoming the first quarterback since 1986 to run for 100 yards against the Seminoles.

Daniels talks about the atmosphere, the big plays to Theo Wilson, the touchdown to Ben Busbee, the 77-yard TD to Sterling Griffin, and the confidence he has in OC Mike Canales's play calling. B.J also takes responsibility for his interceptions and what he has to work on as he prepares for his first BIG EAST contest against Syracuse.
