Alpharetta (Ga.) offensive tackle Oyenmwen “Junior” Uzebu committed to Minnesota over a host of other suitors in April, but backed out of his pledge a month later due to distance concerns, among other factors. Then, on June 26, Uzebu announced he’d be choosing his new destination from among five finalists: Maryland, NC State, West Virginia, Syracuse and South Florida.
