"They measured me at 6-foot-1, and my weight was 171 pounds. We ran the 40 -- but they didn't tell me what my time was -- and the 300-yard shuttle, and we benched 185 pounds, did the vertical, broad jump, cone drill, and shuttle drills."
Dural added that he's been nominated to play in next year's Under Armour All-American Game, and that he saw a handful of other prospects from Louisiana.
"I saw two guys from Shreveport, two from Patterson, and two from New Orleans," he said.
What's going on with Dural's recruitment?
"My favorite schools are Alabama, Tennessee, Texas A&M, Nebraska, and LSU, and that's in no particular order, other than Alabama being my favorite. They're at the top. They're the one school that's really contacting me the hardest. Coach (Burton) Burns is recruiting me."
Dural was recently named honorable-mention all-state, following a season that saw his squad reach the first-round of the Class 4A playoffs.
"It was an eye opener," said Dural, when asked about his junior year. "I realize that I have to be more of a leader next year as a senior. It was a pretty good year, though. I was the only starter that came back from last year's team. The other 10 guys on offense were all new starters."
Dural hauled in 24 catches for 375 yards and five touchdowns, to go along with two kickoff returns for TDs and a rushing TD.
"I credit my blockers for my success in the return game," he said. "They set up good walls for me."
