Cannen Cunningham led SMU with a career-high 18 points and London Giles and Robert Nyakundi scored 14 and 11 points respectively, as the Mustangs beat Georgia Southern 55-49.

SMU is now 4-3.

Nyakundi has now scored 1,000 points and 200 three-pointers in his career.

The Mustangs also recorded a season-high rebound margin of 36 boards. GSU had 25.
