Football Practice Notes

Neal Burcham was right by Garrett Krstich when he was warming up, clearly trying to teach him and coach him up.

— Krstich hit Ryheem Malone for a deep ball on his first pass of team drills. It was underthrown, but Malone made a nice adjustment to catch it.

— Krstich only had a few snaps today. He mostly threw individually while Kolney Cassel and Matt Davis got all of the reps.

Cedric Lancaster fumbled after a reception. He did push-ups after fumbling

A.J. Justice had a nice pass breakup on a quick out route.

Stephen Nelson was practicing with no helmet or pads. Was just running routes on his own.

— With Taylor Lasecki still absent, William Barns and Braylon Hyder split time at center

— Matt Davis threw a pretty ball on a fade route to Der'rikk Thompson's outside shoulder.

— Cassel struggled when he played today. His accuracy was poor, often throwing behind receivers.

— Davis threw behind Colin LaGasse, and Stephon Sanders picked it off.

Trey Washington and Myles Crosby saw some a bit more action, and each had a pass break-up.
