Keon Singleton, RB/LB from Archbishop HS in Washington DC has plenty of options recruiting wise. He's also hoping for more, including the opportunity to play down south.
The big RB/LB could play either at the next level, and at 6'2, 220lbs he certainly has the size and skill to do it.
Colleges have taken notice.
"I have offers from Pitt, Toledo, and Kent State, and Wisconsin, Maine, and Rhode Island are on the verge of offering me," Singleton told GoldenEaglePride.com.
There is another school who has also shown interest in the talented back.
"Coach Simon from Southern Miss has reached out to me," he said.
"He told me that they are working to get me an offer. I hope they do get me this offer because I really want to take a visit down there."
Singleton admits he doesn't yet know a lot about the program, but also says geographically it fits his interest.
"I would really love to play down south," he said. "I'm working hard to earn offers and I know its going to pay off."
He only has one visit scheduled right now, on February 2nd he's taking a visit to Pitt.
