Quandarius Weaver is not worried about the situation right now with a coaching change at Southern Miss.
The three star, 6'3 WR from Phenix City's Central High School has been recruited by the Golden Eagle staff for a long time. In fact, he picked up an offer at the beginning of last summer and has maintained contact with Coach Woz ever since.
Now that the last weekend is about to happen, he's ready to take his official to USM.
"I have a great relationship with Coach Wozniak," Weaver told GoldenEaglePride.com.
"I love the offense, it's basically the offense we ran in high school and I feel I can really contribute and be a go to guy there for four years."
He even went so far as to say he could likely commit on his visit, even after the news came down about Coach Monken taking the job with the Tampa Bay Bucs.
"There is no doubt I will still be there Friday," he said. "100%"
Stay tuned as we see what might happen with Weaver and the rest of the Golden Eagle prospects during this time.
