T'Rod Daniels is a man on a mission.
The talented and lightning quick RB from MGCCC is pulling in offers and showing he has what it takes to thrive at the next level.
Southern Miss is the latest to offer the former Bassfield HS (MS) stand-out, who is now up to four offers. Daniels credits his coaching staff at MGCCC and his experience there for his growth as a player.
"It has really helped me out a lot, the way my coaches have believed in me," he told GoldenEaglePride.com.
"They have put me in positions I've never been in before and believe I can get the job done. I have a bond with all my coaches, they told me to get it done in the classroom and stay humble on the field and I will not go unnoticed.
"I'm very slept on as a prospect because of my size but I show them I can get it done at the next level."
Southern Miss offered Daniels, a school he is very familiar with because it is close to his home in Bassfield.
"Coach Lindsey was telling me how they can use me in a lot of spots from returning to wide out and to running the ball as well," he said. "He also said they don't have to many guys like that.
"They are a pretty good school. They are close to home and closer to my daughter and my family can come see me play. They also have some former teammates of mine."
Southern Miss is not the only school interested in the speedy prospect. He also has offers to ULM, Middle Tennessee, and Troy.
"It is a blessing to have options to choose from," he said.
"Whoever comes in and keeps it real with me, and shows me they can give me playing time off the top will be where I'm attending."
No doubt about it, Daniels has proven himself and shown he will be a great addition to any school at the next level. He'll be one to watch closely over the next several months.
