Southern Miss once again finds success in the sunshine state.
Tonight, D'von McCullough, OLB from Deltona, Florida pledged his commitment to Southern Miss via twitter. The talented LB (6'3, 220) makes yet another commitment for what is shaping up to be an excellent class of 2016.
McCullough, who took a visit to Southern Miss with his family Monday, didn't want to wait to jump on board.
"I took my visit on Monday and everyone treated me like family," McCullough told GoldenEaglePride.com.
"I love the campus and the head coach really helped make my decision easier."
McCullough was recruited by Dan Disch, and the entire staff made sure they knew what they had in mind for him.
"They see me as a wolf linebacker," he said.
"They said I'm like a Jamie Collins who can be all over the field and making plays. They see me as a great linebacker in the future for them."
McCullough was happy to have this recruiting process over, and just simply added, "It feels good" to have his decision made for the Golden Eagles.
