Craig Cooper is a 5'9, 175 explosive play maker who has picked up his first offer to Southern Miss. Cooper transferred to Norland High School in Miami, Florida, and is ready to break out this season. He certainly possesses all the tools to be a running back, slot receiver, or a defensive back at the next level.

Southern Miss is the first school to jump on him and extend an offer.
"The coaches at Southern Miss called my coach and told me that they like me a lot and wanted to offer me," Cooper told GoldenEaglePride.com yesterday.
"I felt unreal. Being my first offer I really didn't believe it at first."
Cooper said he knows about the program and it is all positive, from what he's seen so far.
"They seem like they have great coaches and what I also like is that their players seem like they have a brotherhood," he added.
Cooper said USM is his only offer so far, but he'll certainly be one to watch this season for Norland.
"I'm just ready to do whatever they need me to do to make plays," he said. "If they need me as a running back or in the slot, I'm there to do whatever."
