Mick Reese talks about his offer from Southern Miss

Southern Miss has offered TE/DE Mick Reese of Buford, GA, and he talks about it with GoldenEaglePride.com...

Mick Reese is a talented versatile two way prospect from Buford, GA, one of the top programs in the talent rich state.  Reese plays both defensive end and tight end, and at 6'3, 235, he has all the tools to be successful at the next level.

His recruitment has really been picking up as he's added offers from Army, Toledo, Florida Atlantic, The Citadel, and his most recent one is to Southern Miss.  The Golden Eagles extended the offer from a few days ago, and Reese says he's very much interested in the program from Hattiesburg.

"I got off the phone not to long ago with Coach Losey, and he told me that Coach Hopson got a chance to watch my film and he said he loved what he saw," Reese told GoldenEaglePride.com.

"I think it would be a great place to play football along with a great chance to get a good education."

Reese has been working hard this spring getting ready for camps and a big summer recruiting period full of visits.

"I'd love to visit every school that has offered me," he said.  "I'm hoping that more offers are on the way too as I work hard to be seen this summer."

He has excelled both at the Tight End position as well as at defensive end.  He's unsure where he'll play at the next level.
