Jerod Haase has his first big-time Cardinal recruit sign on the dotted line.

Four-star small forward Kodye Pugh committed to Stanford and Johnny Dawkins on March 7, 2016.

Then Stanford and Dawkins parted ways one week later.

Stanford may have a new coach in Jerod Haase, but Pugh’s commitment remains the same as he signed a National Letter of Intent with the Cardinal on Wednesday.

Pugh is a recruit our of Blairstown, NJ and stands at 6-foot-7 and 190 pounds. He had reclassified to the 2017 class, but switched back to the 2016 class when he gave his verbal commitment to Stanford.

Pugh and fellow four-star recruit and 6-foot-10, 220-pound center Trevor Stanback make up the 2016 Cardinal class so far.
