What would a Stanford offer mean? "EVERYTHING"

He identifies with Jabrill Peppers and Minkah Fitzpatrick, and is hoping to have the same effect on the field.

Among the group that visited Stanford last weekend was Savannah (Ga.) Christian Prep 2020 athlete Michael Robertson.

Robertson holds offers from Alabama, Auburn, Cal, Clemson, Florida, Georgia, Georgia Tech, LSU, Memphis, Michigan, Michigan State, Minnesota, Ole Miss, Missisippi State, Tennessee, Texas and UCF.

He doesn’t yet have an offer from Stanford, but he said it would mean “EVERYTHING” to him over direct message. Robertson visited with multiple coaches including head coach David Shaw, as well as multiple professors.

“It was awesome, more than what I expected,” Robertson said.

Robertson loves former Michigan star and current Cleveland Brown first round selection Jabrill Peppers. Along with Alabama defensive back Minkah Fitzpatrick, Robertson sees a lot of Peppers in his game.

He is an all around player. He just plays hard and he is smart. And size doesn't matter with him,” Robertson said.

The 6-foot, 159-pound athlete said Stanford was talking to him about playing both sides of the ball.

“They sent me to the WR/QB coaches meetings, and I met with (director of defense Lance Anderson),” Robertson said.

When asked about what he likes about his Stanford visit, he said, “What’s not to like?”

Robertson is hoping to see more campuses this summer, but he doesn’t have current plans to make visits.

I visited Cal Berkeley,” Robertson said. “I do but I have to speak with my parents about more visits.”

Robertson is focusing on “everything” in his game, and Stanford, Texas, University of Pennsylvania, Notre Dame, Florida State and Florida are sticking out to him.
