Bootleg Video: Chase Beeler

It is difficult to find everybody on a short list when you are surfing the sea of 600 kids at the Stanford Nike Camp, but we were fortunate to find somebody new and quite intriguing on Saturday. Oklahoma junior lineman Chase Beeler, who had no reported offers at last check, caught our eye during the drills and then surprised us further with what he told us in his interview...

Beeler was a pleasant surprise for us Saturday on The Farm.  The Jenks (Okla.) lineman was somebody we knew little about, until he stood out with an impressive workout at the Nike Camp.  Afterward we found that he has recently picked up several scholarship offers and was set to attend Stanford's Junior Day the next day.  The academic numbers he gave us were as eye-opening as his performance on the field.

To find out much more about the Jenks High School standout, enjoy our two-part video interview, covering his athletic and recruiting background, including his offer sheet.  Also an ACT score that will flip your top.  Additionally, we have some clips showing him in drills at the combine.
