Bootleg Video: Chris Horn

With injuries taking an ever-mounting toll on the Cardinal's depth chart, playmakers need to emerge. Redshirt sophomore defensive end Chris Horn took a big step last Saturday at Arizona, with three tackles for loss and a sack. The "Pride of Tongue River" talks with us about the excitement of that performance, and the transition he made from Wyoming football to The Farm.

One of the truly down stories for Stanford this year has been its defensive line depth, including two starting left defensive ends lost for the year.  Horn started the year quietly as a third-string end but has now been thrust into the regular rotation.  Last Saturday he had a breakout performance in Tucson (Ariz.), recording a career-high three tackles for loss and his second quarterback sack of the season.  Horn came to The Farm from tiny Tongue River High School in Dayton, Wyoming, making his story and transition to college football a unique one to learn.
